  • Conducted public hearing and introduced ordinance, revised to require Special Use Permit with Planning Commission review, to amend Thousand Oaks Boulevard Specific Plan to permit drive-thru facilities for eating and drinking establishments along Boulevard frontage subject to certain development standards; Applicant: Richard Winchester; Located: Thousand Oaks Boulevard, approximately three mile distance generally between Moorpark Road in west and Duesenberg Drive in east
  • Adopted resolution setting fee charged for “Unlicensed/Revoked or Suspended Drivers (LE-05)” at $220; accepted written response to March 16, 2012 Ventura County Grand Jury report “Vehicle Impound Fees in Ventura County;” authorized staff to send response to Grand Jury
  • Councilmember Price provided update on League of California Cities Legislative Action Days April 25, 2012
